Our story
Dr. Elena Petrova opened Lumident after a decade in conventional practices, where she kept meeting the same patient: someone who hadn't seen a dentist in five, ten, fifteen years, ashamed of it, and braced for a lecture. She decided to build the clinic that patient would actually come back to.
The rules were simple. No judgment about how long it's been. Every step explained before it happens. Prices agreed in writing before treatment. And appointments long enough that nobody is ever rushed through a procedure they're nervous about.
Fifteen years later, Lumident treats three generations of the same families from our clinic on 42 Vitosha Blvd. The technology has changed — 3D imaging, digital smile design, airflow cleaning — but the rules haven't.

Every step is explained first, and you can pause any treatment with a raised hand. That rule has never been broken.

If you don’t need treatment, we say so. Our dentists are salaried — nobody here earns more by recommending more.
